b) Trường hợp Hệ thống VNACCS không tự động xác nhận việc hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế của tờ khai hải quan:
b.1) Trường hợp người khai hải quan nộp tiền mặt, cơ quan Hải quan viết biên lai thu tiền thì cập nhật ngay biên lai vào Hệ thống KTT để Hệ thống tự động chuyển thông tin sang Hệ thống VNACCS để thông quan lô hàng.
b.2) Trường hợp người khai hải quan đã nộp thuế tại ngân hàng hoặc KBNN nhưng trên Hệ thống KTT chưa có thông tin xác nhận hoàn thành nghĩa vụ nộp thuế của tờ khai chờ thông quan mà người khai hải quan xuất trình được chứng từ chứng minh đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế, Chi cục Hải quan nơi đăng ký tờ khai tổ chức thực hiện như sau:
