Hiện nay, nguồn kinh phí của tỉnh Long An phân bổ hàng năm còn hạn chế nên việc triển khai công tác đo đạc lập bản đồ địa chính (nâng tỷ lệ bản đồ), đăng ký cấp giấy chứng nhận và xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính chưa triển khai đồng bộ trên toàn tỉnh.
