Mỗi ngày tôi ăn 3 bữa. Tôi ăn trứng và bánh mì vào bữa sáng. Tôi ăn cơm, cá, thịt và rau vào bữa trưa. Tôi ăn cơm, cá, tôm và rau vào bữa tối. Thỉnh thoảng, tôi ăn thịt gà hoặc vịt. Tôi thường uống nước sau bữa ăn. Nhưng tôi thỉnh thoảng uống café ở quán café. Thỉnh thoảng tôi uống nước trái cây. Ở bữa tiệc thì tôi ăn nhiều thức ăn ngon và uống bia hoặc nước ngọt. Thỉnh thoảng tôi ra ngoài uổng thứ gì đó với bạn bè. Tôi cũng thích ăn trái cây như xoài, chuối, táo và nhiều thứ nữa.

Thức ăn và nước uống là 2 thứ cơ bản cần thiết mà con người cần có để sống. Để có một sức khỏe tốt, chúng ta phải ăn và uống điều độ. Tôi thường có 3 bữa ăn trong một ngày: bữa sáng, bữa trưa và bữa tối. Tôi ăn sáng vào 6h sáng trước khi tôi đến trường. Vào bữa sáng tôi thường ăn bánh mì hoặc cháo hoặc mì (phở, bún). Sau đó tôi uống sữa hoặc nước cam.
Tôi ăn trưa vào 11 giờ. Vào bữa trưa tôi thường ăn cơm, thịt, rau, cá hoặc trứng. Tôi thích uống trà hoặc café sau bữa trưa vì nó có thể giữ cho tôi khỏe khoắn (sảng khoái, tươi tắn) để tôi có thể học vào buổi chiều. Tôi cũng thích ăn trái cây. Trái cây thì rất tốt cho sức khỏe và may mắn, ở Việt Nam có rất nhiều loại trái cây.
Bữa tối cũng giống như bữa trưa. Tôi ăn tối vào 7h. Và ngoài ra trước kì thi tôi thường uống café để thức khuya. Tôi biết điều đó không tốt cho sức khỏe của mình, vì vậy tôi cũng không uống nó quá nhiều.
