Thời hạn tính phí bảo trì bắt đầu sau 12 tháng kể từ ngày ký nghiệm thu và bàn giao chính thức hệ thống, chi phí bảo trì hàng năm là 20% tương đương 6,510,000 đồng ( sáu triệu năm trăm mười ngàn đồng) tổng giá trị bản quyền. Theo biên bản nghiệm thu và bàn giao hệ thống quản lý phân phối SalesUp ký ngày 13/01/2015, chúng tôi sẽ bắt đầu tính phí bảo trì năm 2016 từ ngày 13/01/2016 đến ngày 13/01/2017 chi tiết như sau.
