ÑIEÀU V: Trách nhiệm của bên B
 Bên B phải thực hiện đúng như hợp đồng đã ký kết.
 Có nghĩa vụ thanh toán và hoàn tất thủ tục thanh toán cho Bên A đúng thời hạn đã thể hiện trong hợp đồng kể cả phần thực tế phát sinh (nếu có).
 Trước ngày tổ chức hội nghị 05 (Năm) ngày, Bên B phải thông báo cho Bên A chính xác số khách mời và các dịch vụ liên quan khác.
ÑIEÀU VI: điều khoản chung
 Hai bên cam kết thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có tranh chấp xảy ra, hai bên sẽ giải quyết bằng thương lượng. Nếu không thoả thuận được, các bên có quyền yêu cầu Tòa Án Nhân dân tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu giải quyết.
 Sau khi hai bên thực hiện đầy đủ các điều khoản trong hợp đồng thì hợp đồng sẽ tự động hết hiệu lực.
