- QUYỀN VÀ NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN B
• Bên B có toàn quyền sử dụng hoặc giao cho người khác quyền sử dụng Bộ Phim, hình ảnh của các diễn viên trong Bộ phim, nhạc trong Bộ phim hay đồ họa hình hiệu cho chiến dịch Giáo Dục An Toàn Giao Thông của công ty Honda Việt Nam, hay phục vụ cho các công tác quảng bá hình ảnh và các công việc khác của chiến dịch Giáo Dục An Toàn Giao Thông của công ty Honda Việt Nam mà không phải trả thêm bất kỳ khoản chi phí nào cho Bên A cũng như không phải xin ý kiến của Bên A với điều kiện việc sử dụng đó không làm sai lệch hình ảnh của diễn viên trong Bộ phim.

• Party B reserves the right to use or assign to others the right to use the film, the image of the actor in film, music in film or graphic symbol image for Education campaign Traffic Safety Education of Honda Vietnam, or serve for the promotion of the image and other campaign Traffic Safety Education of Honda Vietnam Company without paying any extra any expenses for Party A nor consulted Party A provided that such use does not distort the image of the actor in the film.
