Đối với giai đoạn hoàn thành kiểm toán, trưởng nhóm kiểm toán sẽ tiến hành tổng hợp và rà soát lại toàn bộ công việc, lập bảng tổng hợp các bút toán điều chỉnh, cùng khách hàng thảo luận và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh. Sau đó cho ra bảng Báo Cáo Kiểm Toán nháp để gửi khách hàng. Sau khi khách hàng đã thống nhất Kiểm Toán Viên sẽ cho phát hành Báo Cáo Kiểm Toán.
