Cảm ơn Quý khách hàng đã quan tâm tới dịch vụ pháp lý tại Hãng luật LETO. Chúng tôi xin cung cấp nội dung tư vấn và các thông tin dịch vụ như sau:
I. NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
Tư vấn, Thẩm định tài liệu, Dựng hồ sơ và đại diện thực hiện thủ tục Cung cấp dịch vụ đăng ký công bố hợp quy vật liệu xây dựng.
II. TÀI LIỆU CẦN CUNG CẤP
1. Đối với sản phẩm nhập khẩu:
Hồ sơ nhập khẩu:
- Vận đơn;
- Hợp đồng kinh tế;
- Catalogues;
- Tờ khai hải quan;
- Giấy chứng nhận ĐKKD ;
Mỗi sản phẩm: Số lượng cụ thể sẽ được yêu cầu sau khi thẩm định lại sản phẩm và Catalogues;
2. Đối với sản phẩm sản xuất trong nước:
- Mẫu sản phẩm;
- Bản sao Giấy chứng ĐKKD;
- Nhãn sản phẩm;
III. CHI PHÍ
‘1. Phí thử nghiệm và chứng nhận hợp quy:
Theo báo giá trung tâm kiểm nghiệm và chứng nhận hợp quy: Báo giá cụ thể sẽ được xác định sau khi xác định loại sản phẩm;

2. Phí công bố hợp quy:
01-03 loại sản phẩm: 7.000.000/01 sản phẩm;
04-08 loại sản phẩm: 6.850.000/01 sản phẩm;
09-15 loại sản phẩm: 6.500.000/01 sản phẩm;
Trên 30 sản phẩm : Báo giá sau thẩm định.
- Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% thuế VAT;
- Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ ( không có phí phát sinh).
IV. THỜI GIAN THỰC HIỆN
1. Thời gian thử nghiệm và chứng nhận hợp quy: thông báo sau khi xác định loại sản phẩm. Dự kiến 25 ngày;
2. Thời gian công bố hợp quy: 07 – 10 ngày làm việc ( không bao gồm thứ 7, CN và các ngày nghĩ lễ khác; không bao gồm thời gian kiểm nghiệm) kể từ ngày nộp hồ sơ;
