Trưởng phòng, Bộ phận lựa chọn mức đánh giá thể hiện năng lực của CBNV trong BP
- Mỗi mức đánh giá có 02 thang điểm, Trưởng phòng / Bộ phận sẽ lựa chọn số điểm để đánh giá đúng năng lực của CBNV
- Trưởng phòng, Bộ phận cho ý kiến để phục vụ cho việc phát triển nhân viên
- Dựa trên kết quả đánh giá mỗi nhân viên có số điểm cụ thể và được xếp loại theo quy định.
