Điều 8: Thủ tục giải quyết tranh chấp hợp đồng

Những tranh chấp phát sinh trong việc thực hiện Hợp đồng sẽ được thương lượng và
giải quyết bởi các Bên trên tinh thần thiện chí hợp tác và phù hợp với quy định hiện hành về hợp đồng kinh tế sao cho có lợi nhất cho các bên.
Nếu không có giải pháp sau khi thương lượng, các tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp đồng này sẽ giải quyết tại Tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Tp.HCM.
Phán quyết của Tòa là cuối cùng và có hiệu lực thi hành đối với tất cả các Bên. Bên
thua kiện chịu án phí.

Điều 9 : Hiệu lực của hợp đồng

- Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực từ ngày bên cuối cùng ký tên, đóng dấu hợp pháp vào Hợp đồng này.
- Hợp đồng kết thúc hoặc thanh lý khi hai bên hoàn thành nghĩa vụ hoặc khi hai bên thỏa thuận chấm dứt hoặc do Bên A vi phạm nghĩa vụ thanh toán mà không được sự chấp thuận của Bên B.

Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý ngang nhau, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản.
