Trên cơ sở AFAS, các nước ASEAN đến nay đã hoàn thành 8 Gói cam kết về dịch vụ (cam kết cho 80 phân ngành), và đang đàm phán Gói thứ 9 (cam kết cho 104 phân ngành) và sau đó sẽ đàm phán Gói cuối cùng (cam kết cho 124 phân ngành) nhằm hướng tới mục tiêu tự do hóa dịch vụ đến năm 2015.

On the basis of the AFAS, ASEAN countries to date have completed 8 Pack service commitment (commitment for 80 subdivision), and is the ninth Package negotiations (104 committed for the subdivision) and then will negotiate a final Package (committed for 124 subdivision) aimed towards services liberalization by the year 2015.
