- Giải quyết dứt điểm và minh bạch các đơn thư khiếu nại, tố cáo (nếu có).
- Thường xuyên nắm bắt tâm tư nguyện vọng và nhu cầu của người lao động.
- Xây dựng và duy trì tốt mối quan hệ giữa công đoàn và công ty và người lao động.
- Giải quyết kịp thời những phát sinh mâu thuẫn, làm tốt công tác hoà giải để tránh tình trạng xảy ra khiếu kiện.
