-Make employees understand the complaint process as agreed to in collective bargaining.-Transparency and resolve the complaint, report (if available).-Regularly seize Center aspirations and needs of the workers. -Build and maintain good relations between the Union and the company and employees. -Timely solving the arising contradictions, do well the work of reconciliation in order to avoid the situation that occurred to claim.
