In the latest statement, President Maduro condemned the Act of violence by the opposition caused near the area headquarters of the National Electoral Council (CNE), while calling on the people to avoid being provoked. President Maduro accused the opposition was deliberately provoked riots in the capital Caracas in order to create a pretext for a military invasion of a foreign country. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of people have marched down the street in the capital of Caracas and other cities across the country to express their support for President Maduro's Government, while opposing the punitive plot in Venezuela, by the application of the Democratic Charter of the Organization of American States (OAS).
