Tôi bắt đầu có những định hướng cho riêng mình từ những năm cấp ba, tôi quyết tâm theo đuổi lĩnh vực Kinh tế, tôi yêu thích các môn học thiên về Toán, Lý, Hóa. Đây là những môn học thuộc khối A ở đất nước tôi - nó là một trong những sự lựa chọn hàng đầu của các trường thuộc lĩnh vực kinh tế.
Và UEH là ngôi trường tôi quyết tâm để theo học, như mọi người đều biết, UEH là trường có bề dày lịch sử trong việc đạo tạo các lĩnh vực kinh tế và QTKD, là một trong các trường nổi tiếng của Việt Nam, đặc biệt là ở Miền Nam Việt Nam, hàng năm trường đào tạo ra những cử nhân có thể đáp ứng tốt những yêu cầu của các doanh nghiệp.
Với sự quyết tâm và theo đuổi con đường trở thành một nhà quản lí thực thụ, tôi đã được học ở UEH với một mức điểm không tồi, từ đây những nỗ lực của tôi có những chuyển biến rõ rệt.

Với những môn chuyên về kinh tế và quản lý, tôi ham mê với nó và luôn đạt kết quả tốt ở mỗi cuối kỳ.
Bên cạnh những kiến thức về chuyên ngành, tôi cũng quan tâm đặc biệt với các hoạt động xã hội của trường, lớp để phát triển kĩ năng mềm của mình, thông qua các hoạt động nổi bật như: Chiến dịch tình nguyện Mùa Hè Xanh, chiến dịch Tiếp Sức Mùa Thi, chiến dịch Xuân Tình Nguyện,... và vô vàn các hoạt động bên ngoài khác đã đem lại cho tôi các kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng thật sự hữu ích.
Như bạn cũng biết, để trở thành một người giỏi, thành công trong công việc cũng như cuộc sống, ngoài việc trang bị cho mình những kĩ năng chuyên môn, các kinh nghiệm cần thiết trong công việc thì việc phát triển, trao dồi các kỹ năng mềm thật sự rất cần thiết.
Thông qua các hoạt động xã hội, tôi được học hỏi thêm về cách làm việc team-work, cải thiện kỹ năng giao tiếp, tăng cường các mỗi quan hệ và đặc biệt bổ sung cho mình các kiến thức hữu ích trong cuộc sống. Những điều đó cũng rất cần thiết đối với 1 người muốn trở thành Manager.
Trong quá trình ở Đại học, tôi luôn phấn đấu để có thể kết hợp song song giữa quá trình học tập và các hoạt động ngoại khóa để bản thân có thể phát triển toàn vẹn về kinh nghiệm cũng như kỹ năng.
Và sau khi tốt nghiệp vào tháng 6 năm 2016, tôi tiếp tục làm việc trong công ty mà tôi đã thực tập từ tháng 1 cùng năm, cho đến hiện tại. Đây là một môi trường rất tốt để tôi có thể thực hiện mục tiêu bản thân, môi trường làm việc năng động chuyên nghiệp về cả hệ thống và con người, và đặc biệt tầm nhìn xa của bạn Giám đốc đã tạo cho tôi có điều kiện học hỏi những kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế, và có thể đào tạo cho tôi những kĩ năng để trở thành 1 manager trong tương lai
Và để tiếp tục thực hiện được ước mơ của mình, tôi quyết định theo đuổi con đường học Master bằng chương trình mà bạn đã tạo cơ hội cho tôi.
