Vật liệu màng HDPE và ống HDPE của Bãi chôn lấp và Hồ sinh học đã được Chủ đầu tư chấp thuận thay đổi và bổ sung. Hơn thế nữa chúng tôi đã chào giá cho phần vật liệu thay đổi đó qua các thư đã gửi đến Chủ đầu tư.
Hiện nay Nhà thầu TTC đã ứng tiền mua hai loại vật liệu nói trên, Nhưng đến nay Chủ đầu tư vẫn chưa thực hiện các thủ tục phê duyệt và thanh toán cho Nhà thầu, khoản tiền này rất lớn và nó ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ Dự án. Vì vậy Liên danh Nhà thầu đề nghị Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt giá cho hai loại vật liệu này.
Theo các Phụ lục hợp đồng đã ký, thời gian hoàn thành Dự án đã hết nhưng Chủ đầu tư vẫn chưa quyết định phê duyệt loại Vải địa kỹ thuật cho Bãi chôn lấp, một lần nữa Liên danh Nhà thầu chúng tôi đề nghị Chủ đầu tư cho ý kiến sớm nhất.
Trên đây là các ý kiến của nhà thầu đề nghị Chủ đầu tư xem xét giải quyết.
