Chúng tôi đã không thể tham gia kiểm kê hàng tồn kho vào ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2014, vì tại thời điểm đó chúng tôi chưa được bổ nhiệm làm kiểm toán. Các thủ tục kiểm toán bổ sung cũng không cho phép chúng tôi xác định tính hiện hữu của hàng tồn kho nêu trên.

Ý kiến kiểm toán ngoại trừ
Theo ý kiến chúng tôi, ngoại trừ ảnh hưởng của vấn đề nêu tại đoạn “Cơ sở của ý kiến kiểm toán ngoại trừ”, Báo cáo tài chính đã phản ánh trung thực, hợp lý trên các khía cạnh trọng yếu tình hình tài chính của Công ty Cổ phần Otran Logistics tại thời điểm ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2014, cũng như kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh và các luồng lưu chuyển tiền tệ cho kỳ kế toán từ ngày 07 tháng 11 năm 2014 đến ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2014 , phù hợp với các Chuẩn mực, Chế độ Kế toán Doanh nghiệp Việt Nam hiện hành và các quy định về lập và trình bày Báo cáo tài chính.
