b) Bên người nhận sẽ không phải chi trả bất kỳ khoản chi phí nào khác v.v… cho tới khi bên nhận, người nhận được nguồn tiền cho dự án chi phí đầu tư khi dự án được chính thức ký kết và đi vào hoặt động. (nhằm tránh sự lừa đảo, không thật giữa 03 bên, đối tác, tư vấn và người nhận đầu tư).
