Hải quan Tây Ban Nha định giá hàng gửi với giá CIF (Chi phí&bảo hiểm&cước phí). Tất cả hàng gửi phải được thông quan bởi một cơ quan hải quan được đăng ký. Tổng chi phí thông quan luôn là 20 – 30% giá trị CIF của hàng gửi. Mức trên gồm cả thuế quan, VAT (16%), phí hải quan, phí phục vụ.
