Trong trường hợp phát sinh công việ

Trong trường hợp phát sinh công việc phải liên hệ với một cá nhân hay một tổ chức khác không phải là đơn vị trực thuộc của bên B để giải quyết thì nó không thuộc phạm vi tư vấn của hợp đồng này mà sẽ được thỏa thuận riêng bằng một hợp đồng dịch vụ pháp lý mới.
