Hội quán Phước Kiến là công trình kiến trúc tiêu biểu tại Hội An được xây dựng vào năm 1697. Qua nhiều lần trùng tu, với sự đóng góp của Hoa Kiều bang Hội Quán Phúc Kiến càng trở nên rực rỡ. Trước kia nó được xây dựng hoàn toàn bằng gỗ nhưng đến năm 1757 Hội Quán này được xây dựng lại bằng gạch và mái ngói như quí khách đang thấy. So với các Hội Quán khác ở Hội An như Quảng Đông, Triều Châu, Hải Nam ……Phúc Kiến có không gian rộng và sâu nhất, với lối kiến trúc xưa với kiểu “Nội công ngoại quốc”, và bộ vì kèo tiền điện theo kiểu “Chồng rường giả thủ”, cùng với nhiều bức chạm lộng, chạm nổi hoa lá, điểu thú rất sinh động. Hội quán được công nhận là di tích loại 1 vào ngày 19/3/1985. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu cho quí khách được rõ hơn khi chúng ta vào bên trong để tham quan.
