ngoại trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng được quy định trong điều khoản 18 của hợp đồng này, nếu bên bán không giao hàng đúng hạn theo quy định trong hợp đồng này thì chỉ cần bên bán đồng ý thanh toán một khoản tiền phạt được ngân hàng thanh toán khấu trừ từ khoản tiền thanh toán đã được thương lượng, bên mua sẽ đồng ý hoãn lại thời gian giao hàng
