6.2. Quy định bảo quản con dấu:
- Người có trách nhiệm được phân công bảo quản con dấu.
- Con dấu phải được quản lý chặt chẽ và bảo quản trong tủ có khóa chắc chắn.
- Không được mang con dấu ra khỏi cơ quan.
- Giữ gìn không được làm biến dạng con dấu.
- Khi sử dụng không được để bừa bãi trên bàn.
- Nếu đóng dấu không đúng quy định, lợi dụng việc sử dụng con dấu để hoạt động phạm pháp sẽ bị truy tố trước pháp luật.
