Trường hợp Trưởng ban BQT vắng mặt

Trường hợp Trưởng ban BQT vắng mặt hoặc không thể thực hiện được nhiệm vụ của mình thì ủy quyền bằng văn bản cho một trong các Phó ban đại diện cho mỗi tòa nhà chung cư thực hiện các quyền và nghĩa vụ của Trưởng ban BQT. Trường hợp không có người được ủy quyền thì các thành viên còn lại bầu một người trong số các thành viên tạm thời giữ chức Trưởng ban BQT theo nguyên tắc đa số.
