Cuối tuần qua hiệp hội những người nhỏ bé bang Kerala (KSMA) ở miền Nam Ấn Độ đã phát động một chiến dịch chống phân biệt đối xử và đòi hỏi một sự công nhận đặc biệt từ chính phủ.
