Là một nước đang phát triển, tích cực tham gia vào tiến trình hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế, Việt Nam cần chủ động lựa chọn giải pháp và tận dụng những cơ hội để đối phó với những thách thức của cuộc khủng hoảng. Những kết quả tích cực đạt được đối với các giải pháp kích cầu của Chính phủ trong thời gian qua, đặc biệt là đối với kích thích hoạt động đầu tư sản xuất kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp, cũng như bảo đảm an sinh xã hội cho người nghèo, người có thu nhập thấp, người lao động mất việc làm… đã chứng minh điều đó. Tuy nhiên cũng cần tiếp tục theo dõi những giải pháp này để có những thay đổi, điều chỉnh kịp thời.
