Thực hiện Luật Quản lý Thuế số 78/2006/QH11; Luật số 21/2012/QH13 sửa đổi bổ sung một số điều của Luật Quản lý thuế và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành. Để quản lý, thu thuế đối với các đơn vị thi công xây dựng tại Dự án Nhà máy nhiệt điện Thái Bình 1, Cục Thuế tỉnh Thái Bình bố trí buổi làm việc với Công ty Toa Corporation Nhật Bản và Công ty Marubeni - Thầu chính xây dựng nhà máy nhiệt điện Thái Bình như sau:
