o Mã tài sản là dữ liệu duy nhất được tạo trên phân hệ kế toán tài sản.
o Thông tin tài sản bao gồm các thông tin chi tiết sau: Tên tài sản, phòng ban quản lý tài sản, vị trí… Mỗi tài sản được gán trực tiếp đến một Nhóm tài sản. Nhóm tài sản được dùng để gán tài sản đến một tài khoản trên hệ thống tài khoản.
o Cần tạo mã tài sản trước khi tạo hóa đơn.
