Điều 92. Xác định mức dự phòng điện năng và dự phòng công suất hệ thống điện
1. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm tính toán xác định mức dự phòng công suất và dự phòng điện năng của hệ thống điện theo quy định xác định nhu cầu dịch vụ phụ trợ quy định tại Điều 71 Thông tư này trình Cục Điều tiết điện lực phê duyệt.
