Công trình được khởi công xây dựng

Công trình được khởi công xây dựng từ ngày 04/11/2015, ngày hoàn thành theo tiến độ hợp đồng (24 ngày) là ngày 28/11/2015. Tuy nhiên, quá trình thi công đã gặp một số điều kiện bất khả kháng ngoài sự kiểm soát của các bên nên tiến độ thi công bị trễ, đến 15/12/2015 đã hoàn thành. Ngày 21/12/2015 hoàn thành việc lắp và thử tải trọng cân, đến nay cân đã đưa vào sử dụng ổn định.
