Phần 1: Mỗi người trong nhóm điều tra tối thiểu 10 người thuộc đơn vị mình đang làm việc (mỗi nhóm tối thiểu 70-80 phiếu khảo sát). Mẫu khảo sát sẽ được cung cấp
Phần 2: DN được lựa chọn có thể là DN của 1 thành viên trong nhóm, có thể là 1 DN bất kỳ (có thật) của Việt Nam
Mỗi nhóm viết báo cáo, khoảng 2000-4000 từ. Báo cáo bao gồm các phần:
Phần 1: Mở đầu
Phần 2: Phân tích môi trường kinh doanh bên ngoài của doanh nghiệp
Phần 3: Phân tích môi trường nội bộ doanh nghiệp
Phần 4: Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh quốc tế cho doanh nghiệp
Phần 5: Các yêu cầu để đảm bảo chiến lược thành công
