1. Trong quá trình xử lý các sự cố, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện được phép vận hành hệ thống điện với tần số và điện áp khác với tiêu chuẩn quy định và thực hiện các giải pháp để khôi phục hệ thống điện về trạng thái vận hành bình thường.
2. Các biện pháp xử lý sự cố
a) Ngừng tổ máy phát điện để khôi phục tần số về dải tần số vận hành bình thường;
b) Sa thải phụ tải theo từng tuyến đường dây bằng rơle tự động sa thải tần số thấp hoặc sa thải phụ tải theo lệnh điều độ;
