Phạt: Trường hợp bên B chậm tiến độ

Phạt: Trường hợp bên B chậm tiến độ thực hiện (do lỗi của Bên B) hợp đồng thì bên B bị phạt 2% giá trị bị vi phạm cho mỗi tuần chậm. Tổng giá trị phạt tối đa không quá 12% giá trị hợp đồng bị vi phạm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
