 Trường hợp cung cấp thông tin thử

 Trường hợp cung cấp thông tin thửa đất theo yêu cầu:
- Đối với người sử dụng đất, chủ sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất : được cung cấp toàn bộ thông tin về thửa đất
- Các tổ chức, cá nhân khác có nhu cầu thì được cung cấp các thông tin về hiện trạng của thửa đất và tài sản gắn liền với đất không thuộc quyền sử dụng, sở hữu của mình
