Điều 8. Những nội dung và hình thức người lao động kiểm tra, giám sát
1. Nội dung người lao động kiểm tra, giám sát
a. Thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất, kinh doanh của Công ty và của từng phòng, ban, bộ phận, tổ, đội sản xuất kinh doanh.
b. Thực hiện hợp đồng lao động và các chế độ, chính sách đối với người lao động theo quy định của pháp luật.
c. Thực hiện các nội quy, quy chế, điều lệ của Công ty.
d. Thực hiện thỏa ước lao động tập thể của công ty; thực hiện nghị quyết hội nghị người lao động.
đ. Trích lập và sử dụng quỹ khen thưởng, quỹ phúc lợi, các quỹ do người lao động đóng góp.
e. Trích nộp kinh phí Công đoàn, đóng bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp.
g. Tình hình thi đua, khen thưởng, kỷ luật hàng năm; kết quả giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo và tranh chấp lao động.
2. Hình thức người lao động kiểm tra, giám sát
Thông qua tổ chức Công đoàn cơ sở hoặc qua việc phản ánh, kiến nghị, khiếu nại, tố cáo theo quy định của pháp luật.
