The purpose of the Supplier Acknowledgment form is to indicate the supplier’s willingness to participate in Pfizer’s RFP process. The acknowledgment binds the supplier to properly maintain Pfizer’s information as confidential and proprietary. To be considered in the RFP process, you must have a Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) in place with Pfizer. Please return the Supplier Acknowledgment form to Nhan Bui at the email address specified below immediately upon receipt.
