Each morning after waking up personal hygiene, I often exercise to keep fit. My Exercise taxes: 30p jogging, push-ups 40 times, 200 times and jump rope aerobics lessons. To maintain a good shape, 1 day 3 meals I have fish and meat, but I eat a private limited much powder as possible and instead, I eat a lot of vegetables. Water is also one thing to help me keep fit, so one day I drink 2 liters or 3 liters of water. That is the method that helps me maintain physique yourself
