Sau khi nhận được kết quả định giá và VC chấp nhận các chi phí như định giá mà Lotte không chấp nhận việc dịch chuyển, thì hợp đồng thuê sẽ chấm dứt hiệu lực và quyền, nghĩa vụ của Các Bên sẽ được giải quyết như trường hợp Hợp Đồng Thuê bị chấm dứt do hết Thời Hạn

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

After receiving the results of the valuation and VC accept the cost as the valuation that Lotte does not accept the shift, then leases will be invalidated and the rights and obligations of the Parties will be resolved as the the Charter Agreement is terminated due to expiration of the Term
