Với việc nhận thấy vai trò và tầm quan trọng của hoạt động quản lý chất lượng, Công ty đã thiết lập hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 cho các phòng ban và các đơn vị trực thuộc. Trong các phòng ban của công ty, chỉ trừ tổ bảo vệ, và phòng tài chính kế toán, các bộ phận còn lại đều có những mục tiêu chất lượng và những tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng khác nhau.
Để hoạt động quản lý chất lượng có hiệu quả, Công ty đã thành lập Ban chỉ đạo ISO gồm có:
*Cơ cấu tổ chức gồm:
- Trưởng ban, Đại diện lãnh đạo chất lượng của Công ty;
- Thư ký ISO và Trưởng các phòng, giúp việc cho Trưởng ban;
- Đoàn đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ.
*Chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Ban chỉ đạo ISO:
- Giúp Đại diện lãnh đạo chất lượng (ĐDLĐCL) thực hiện tốt trách nhiệm được giao;
- Tổ chức và điều hành công tác đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ theo định kỳ;
- Trực tiếp làm việc với đơn vị tư vấn ISO.
*Chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Đoàn kiểm tra ISO:
- Trực tiếp kiểm tra áp dụng ISO của các đơn vị, gửi báo cáo tổng kết các đợt kiểm tra lên Giám đốc, lưu phòng Tổ chức lao động để làm cơ sở đánh giá thi đua của các đơn vị hàng năm và là thông tin đầu vào cho cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (HTQLCL);
