ĐIỀU 1 : NỘI DUNG HỢP ĐỒNG

1.1 Bên A đồng ý cung cấp cho Bên B dịch vụ nhận gửi, chuyển, phát bưu phẩm, bưu kiện từ địa điểm nhận gửi tới địa điểm phát trong nước, quốc tế.

1.2 Bên A chỉ nhận vận chuyển bưu phẩm, bưu kiện được Pháp luật cho phép. Bên A từ chối vận chuyển hàng cấm, hàng dễ cháy, nổ, và các loại bưu phẩm, bưu kiện trái quy định của pháp luật.
