Về vốn cho dự án, Tổ hợp nhà đầu tư chúng tôi đã nhận được văn bản cam kết cho vay vốn từ ngân hàng Shinghan Bank (Hàn Quốc). Hiện nay chúng tôi đang thực hiện các thủ tục có liên quan theo quy định hiện hành về đầu tư dự án.
Dự kiến kế hoạch đầu tư giai đoạn 2 như sau:
- Hoàn thành công tác chuẩn bị đầu tư: 06/2016
- Khởi công xây dựng dự án: 08/2016
- Phát điện thương mại: 12/2017
Trên đây là báo cáo tiến độ thực hiện dự án giai đoạn 1 và kiến nghị đầu tư dự án đoạn 2 dự án điện gió Hàn Quốc - Trà Vinh. Kính mong Quý UBND tỉnh và Quý cơ quan tiếp tục hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn các thủ tục có liên quan.

Capital for the project, the investors we've received written commitment for loans from the Bank Shinghan Bank (South Korea). It is expected that the investment plan phase 2 are as follows:

- Commencement of construction of the project: 08/2016
- Commercial Power Generation: 12/2017
