- Gửi thư cảm ơn sau khi được tiếp hay được hỗ trợ
- Khi bị từ chối vẫn nên giữ liên lạc
- Xác nhận/thông báo khi nhận được tiền vào tài khoản
- Mời nhà tài trợ tham dự các sự kiện đặc biệt của dự án
- Để logo nhà tài trợ trên website, báo cáo, banner sự kiện
- Gửi thiệp/lời chúc tới nhà tài trợ nhân các dịp đặc biệt như Tết
- Giáng Sinh hay ngày kỷ niệm của tổ chức
- Tuân thủ chế độ báo cáo, mẫu báo cáo do nhà tài trợ quy đ ịnh. Kèm theo báo cáo các hình ảnh, clip, bài báo (nếu có)
- Thường xuyên cập nhật tình hình dự án, thông báo khi có thay đổi lớn
- Tuân thủ quy định về tài chính của nhà tài trợ, minh bạch trong giải trình. N ếu ngân quỹ còn tồn dư, phải thông báo và đề xuất hướng xử lý.

If funds remain outstanding, must inform and suggest treatment.

- Compliance reporting, report templates provided by donors Estimate. Attached to the report of the pictures, clips, paper (if any)
- Regularly updated project status, notification when a major change
- Compliance with financial regulations of donors, transparency in the process. F residual funds, to inform and propose ways to handle.
