Giao dịch, đàm phán với đối tác để phát triển sản phẩm mới, ký kết hợp đồng
– Xây dựng phương án nhập khẩu và soạn thảo hiệp nghị, hợp đồng ngoại thương
– Chỉ đạo soạn thảo/soạn thảo các công văn/điện thư giao dịch với đối tác nước ngoài bằng tiếng Anh.
