Khu du lịch sinh thái Cần Giờ nằm cách trung tâm TP HCM khoảng 50 km về phía đông nam. Đây là địa chỉ ruột của nhiều du khách thành phố vào những ngày cuối tuần và dịp nghỉ lễ.
Phương tiện

Xe bus: Từ chợ Bến Thành (TP HCM), bạn đón xe số 20 đi Nhà Bè, dừng ở bến phà Bình Khánh. Qua phà, bạn đi xe số 90 thẳng ra biển. Dọc đường muốn ghé địa điểm tham quan nào, bạn xin xuống vì xe bus ở Cần Giờ không có trạm đón - trả khách.

Ngoài ra, bạn có thể đi chuyến 75 xuất phát từ công viên 23/9 (TP HCM) và kết thúc tại bến xe Cần Thạnh (Cần Giờ). Chuyến xe này cũng đi ngang một số địa chỉ du lịch quen thuộc tại Cần Giờ.

Xe máy: Do đi xe bus không làm chủ được lịch trình, không ít người lựa chọn xe máy làm phương tiện di chuyển chính khi du lịch Cần Giờ.

Từ trung tâm TP HCM, bạn chạy đến cầu Tân Thuận (quận 7), sau đó rẽ vào đường Nguyễn Văn Linh ra Huỳnh Tấn Phát rồi chạy thẳng đến cuối đường là phà Bình Khánh. Qua phà, bạn sẽ gặp một con đường chạy thẳng từ Cần Giờ đến trung tâm xã Cần Thạnh. Trên trục đường này, bạn có thể ghé qua biển Cần Giờ, Vàm Sát hay đảo khỉ…

Người đi xe máy cần đặc biệt tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông để tránh gặp sự cố trên đường.
