1. Bên A giao và Bên B nhận quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở đúng như thực trạng nêu trên sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục mua bán – chuyển nhượng toàn bộ quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở tại Phòng Công Chứng số 5 TP. HCM; trong thời hạn chưa giao tài sản, Bên A có trách nhiệm bảo quản quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở đó.
2. Bên A giao và Bên B nhận bản chính Chứng từ sở hữu quyền sử dụng đất –quyền sở hữu nhà ở đúng như thực trạng nêu trên sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục mua bán – chuyển nhượng toàn bộ quyền sử dụng đất – quyền sở hữu nhà ở tại Phòng Công Chứng số 5 TP. HCM.
