Điều 17. Kiểm tra, xác nhận các công trình bảo vệ môi trường phục vụ giai đoạn vận hành dự án
1. Việc kiểm tra các công trình bảo vệ môi trường phục vụ giai đoạn vận hành của dự án được tiến hành thông qua đoàn kiểm tra do thủ trưởng cơ quan phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường hoặc cơ quan được ủy quyền thành lập.
2. Thời hạn cấp giấy xác nhận hoàn thành công trình bảo vệ môi trường quy định như sau:
a) Không quá mười lăm (15) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các công trình bảo vệ môi trường phục vụ giai đoạn vận hành dự án trong trường hợp không cần tiến hành lấy mẫu, phân tích các chỉ tiêu môi trường để kiểm chứng;
b) Không quá ba mươi (30) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các công trình bảo vệ môi trường phục vụ giai đoạn vận hành dự án trong trường hợp phải lấy mẫu, phân tích các chỉ tiêu môi trường để kiểm chứng.

The inspection of environmental protection works in service operating period of the project was carried through by the test group heads approved the report on environmental impact assessment or agency authorized to establish.2. The time limit for granting confirmation of completion of the work on environmental protection stipulates as follows:a) not to exceed fifteen (15) working days from the date of the report records the results of the environmental protection work serving the operating period of the project in the case do not require sampling, analysis of environmental indicators to verify;b) not to exceed thirty (30) working days of receiving the report records the results of the environmental protection work serving the operating period of the project in the case of sampling, analysis of environmental indicators to verify.

Article 17. Inspection and certification of environmental protection facilities serving the project operational phase
1. The examination of the environmental protection facilities catering operation phase of the project was carried out through inspection team led by heads of agencies report approved environmental impact assessment or authorized agencies established .
2. The time limit for granting certification completed environmental protection facilities shall be as follows:
a) Not more than fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of the file the statement of the implementation of environmental protection projects schools serving the project operational phase in the case without conducting sampling and analysis of environmental indicators for verification;
b) not later than thirty (30) working days from the receipt of the dossier report results of the implementation of environmental protection facilities serving the project operational phase in the case of the sampling and analysis of environmental indicators to verify.
