- B1: Cục Hải quan phát hành phiếu khảo sát Nhằm tiếp thu phản hồi từ cộng đồng doanh nghiệp đối với hoạt động của đơn vị, Cục Hải quan Đồng Nai sẽ phát hành phiếu khảo sát lấy ý kiến doanh nghiệp. Phiếu khảo sát sau khi phát hành sẽ được gửi tới doanh nghiệp. Trên phiếu khảo sát có đề nội dung khảo sát, thời hạn tham gia và câu hỏi khảo sát. Mỗi doanh nghiệp chỉ được tham gia khảo sát 1 lần. Nếu doanh nghiệp cài đặt từ 2 máy tính trở lên mà 1 trong các máy tính đó đã tham gia khảo sát thì các máy tính còn lại chỉ có thể xem kết quả khảo sát chứ không thể tham gia. Vì vậy, đối với chức năng tham gia khảo sát ý kiến, doanh nghiệp chỉ nên cho phép 1 máy tính (thường là máy chính) thực hiện. Để bật, tắt các chức năng tại các máy tính, doanh nghiệp vào phần Tùy chọn >> Quản lý:
