Ưu điểm của việc học nhóm

Là sinh viên được đào tạo theo phương thức tín chỉ chắc hẳn các bạn đã biết và quen với những khái niệm như: bài tập nhóm, thảo luận nhóm, làm việc theo nhóm…

Nhưng không phải với bất kì sinh viên, hay nhóm sinh viên nào cũng khai thác hết được tính tích cực của phương pháp học tập này. Nguyên nhân của tình trạng trên xuất phát từ chính những người sinh viên, hay đôi khi từ những lí do khách quan khác.
Những ưu thế từ phương pháp học tập này hầu như sinh viên nào cũng nhận thức được và không thể phủ nhận. Học tập trong môi trường nhóm sẽ thúc đẩy sự tích cực học tập của cá nhân, tạo sự gắn kết trong một cộng đồng. Trong khi làm việc nhóm, những mâu thuẫn sẽ nảy sinh từ đó sinh viên phải giải quyết “xung đột”. Từ đó, họ sẽ có khả năng giải quyết những mâu thuẫn, thuyết phục người khác trong những hoàn cảnh có thể bắt gặp trong cuộc sống sau này.
Tinh thần học hỏi và khả năng lắng nghe người khác cũng sẽ là điều mà sinh viên sẽ học hỏi được. Những kĩ năng này là rất quan trọng khi các bạn bước ra môi trường làm việc và đây sẽ là tiền đề tốt để biết cách làm việc trong một môi trường tập thể.

Làm việc, thảo luận theo nhóm không chỉ đơn thuần là do yêu cầu của giảng viên đề ra cho sinh viên mà quan trọng hơn nó còn là cách học tập, nghiên cứu của sinh viên. Học tập nhóm sẽ tập hợp được những ý kiến sáng tạo của từng cá nhân, từ đó sản phẩm học tập sẽ giàu tính sáng tạo. Những phương pháp tối ưu nhất sẽ được lựa chọn từ những ý kiến được nêu ra. Học nhóm không hiệu quả:
