1.3. Thông tin bảo mật : là những thông tin thuộc Bí mật kinh doanh và sản phẩm nêu tại Điều 1.2 mà hai bên biết hoặc tiếp cận được trong quá trình làm việc. Hai bên có trách nhiệm và cam kết bảo mật, không cung cấp cho bên thứ ba hoặc sử dụng thông tin bảo mật vì bất kỳ lý do gì – nếu không có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên còn lại.
