Tiền Đặt Cọc Bảo Đảm sẽ là số tiền

Tiền Đặt Cọc Bảo Đảm sẽ là số tiền tương đương 03 tháng tiền thuê đã bao gồm phí dịch vụ cộng với 10 % thuế GTGT tức là 269.285.610 VNĐ (Hai trăm sáu mươi chín triệu, hai trăm tám mươi năm nghìn, sáu trăm mười đồng).

Tiền đặt cọc bảo đảm được thanh toán trong vòng 7 ngày, kể từ ngày Bên Thuê nhận được yêu cầu thanh toán của bên cho thuê.

Khoản tiền đặt cọc sẽ được Bên Cho Thuê giữ đến hết thời của hạn hợp đồng thuê và sẽ được hoàn trả theo điều 4.3 của Hợp đồng này.
