Phương pháp điều tra thu thập số liệu thứ cấp: Thu thập các tài liệu, số liệu về công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư của tỉnh Hà Nam tại Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường; Thu thập các số liệu về điều kiện tự nhiên, kinh tế - xã hội; tình hình quản lý và sử dụng đất của huyện Thanh Liêm tại Phòng Tài nguyên và Môi trường, Phòng Thống kê huyện Thanh Liêm; Thu thập các số liệu về bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư tại 2 dự án nghiên cứu tại Ban giải phóng mặt bằng, bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư huyện Thanh Liêm.
